  Completely satisfied with packaging and with item. Item was exactly as pictured and as described. Shipping was a mess. Item could not be tracked because tracking no. was invalid. Arrived 4 days later then originally stated. Unable to contact seller. Did rant at E-bay helpline. Don't know if that helped but item showed up on doorstep today. Overall will use this app. again and happy with my purchase.

  I have bought from this supplier several times and have been impressed with the service. The items being well packed and delivered on time. There was a minor problem this time with the delivery, but was sorted very quickly and had no impact on the locomotive purchased which was as described. The service is still great and I would recomend AC Models without hesitation. Thank you again.

  A great Era 2, 4 wheel teak coach with lovely detail and looks good on the layout alongside its other coaches. I was so impressed I went back and bought the baggage coach. The packages all arrived safely and on time and were securely packaged by the seller. The coaches were reasonably priced and brand new as described. I would definitely use this seller in the future

  1st loco arrived damaged even though double boxed, obviously due to careless handling by the courier service. I contacted AC Models whom were most helpful and supplied a replacement within 48 hours. They added additional bubble wrap as additional protection and the 2nd loco upon opening was in pristine condition. Excellent service from this 1st class retailer. 10/10. Highly recommend them.
