I contacted AC Models whom were most helpful and supplied a replacement within 48 hours. They added additional bubble wrap as additional protection and the 2nd loco upon opening was in pristine condition. Excellent service from this 1st class retailer. 10/10. Highly recommend them.

The packaging was good because it was just one item wrapped in bubble wrap. It was described as having more items instead of one on its own. The value of it is good for a new item.

Unfortunately on opening the airfix sealed box there were no instructions or decals. The seller was most helpful in trying to get the decals but airfix no longer able to supply the decals. The seller did offer me to send it back for a full refund but I have decided to keep the model and try and source an alternative for the decals. Does not put me off buying from them in the future 👏
