  My order arrived in good condition. It was shipped in 2 separate packages which arrived on different days and gave me a bit of a scare.   For the price I expected just the arm. It came with all the little parts that's needed also. It was packaged very well and in great shapes as discribed. Also I shipped pretty quick. I would buy from this vendor again.
