  Product arrived package Bell in reasonably QuickTime and was exactly as described in the listing for a fair price, but it’s not a remanufactured or refurbished OEM. It’s just a used OEM parts taken off of a similar car and although it was not going to work for me the seller was very easy and quick to provide me a refund and a shipping label will certainly purchase parts from them in the future.   It was my first time buying on eBay so I had a few questions but seller was very kind and patient with me. Out of the 4 mirrors I found, this seller had the best price! I purchased my side mirror on 2/16 and I received it 2/19!!! Mirror was as described… Very fast shipping! Installed mirror on yesterday and so far so good, I didn’t even have to calibrate the camera as it was already calibrated somehow! Saved me a few bucks as I didn’t have to take it to Honda!! Thanks again!

  I ordered this on Aug 26. I noticed the shipping address was incorrect and contacted the seller within minutes of placing the order. They have been NO HELP! The tracking number led me to a UPS site. I changed the delivery address for a cost of approximately $50 extra charge to me! I sent several messages to the seller contact (Luke) he has been useless in answering my questions. I Just got info today Sept 6, from UPS that the package is finally on it's way. Bad customer service from the seller!
