  Unfortunately the item I ordered turned up damaged through not fault of the seller, I contacted them and they promptly replied back to me, they were brilliant from start to finish, great customer service, fast communication and resolution, I would definitely recommend this eBay seller 100% The item was top quality, in new condition, great price and looked as described in the listing and fast delivery as well.   Absolutely brilliant Ebayer and seller. My first adapter arrived very quickly and packed well for post etc. However, there was a slight issue with the jack plug, it was NOT the sellers fault. This seller immediately said they would help sort out the issue. They asked for more details of the unit I needed it for and any pics I could send. After this they sent another unit ASAP. I cannot recommend this seller highly enough. They are brilliant.

  Item arrived all well packed but the power supply seemed to have a fault where after a few hours it would drop power and restart the NVR. Seller refunded the item as soon it was sent back. Top seller as no quibble service. Ordered an original part and the NVR is back in full operation.
