  Excellent service and company, originally ordered wrong item, however after contacting company, the issue was sorted straight away with no issues, correct item was then sorted for me and dispatched straight away and arrived shortly after. Have saved this company to my favourites as would get all my tools, parts and accessories from this company. Very helpful and great service great value and price A++

  Great experience overall. The item (dcd805 drill) was as described, brand new and works a treat. The seller was very responsive and courteous in communicating. Only removing 1 star from description as, although the seller description mentions that some items may be shipped in generic packaging, it was not immediately clear that this would be the case for this specific. This is a minor niggle though, and I would hesitate buying from this seller again!

  An outstanding service from Abbey Power once again, ordered on New Year’s Day and delivered before 12:00hrs on 3rd Jan. item will remain stored for several weeks but will report on its condition if found not to be anything but perfect. Excellent service as always, hence my repeated return as a customer. Item delivered new in original DeWalt packaging and priced the most competitively of all the authorised DeWalt resellers.

  Seller originally sent me the wrong part but once notified, they were quick to react. I was told not to worry about returning the item and that my correct part would be sent ASAP. I not only received one but two packets! Cannot fault this sellers customer service. Very Happy!

  Good seller, arrived quickly enough. Awful, awful packaging. They only wrapped a dewalt toolbox in one layer of bubblewrap and stuck the label to that. didn't even put it in a bag. I'm amazed it wasn't stolen. It got scratched. That was very poor, everything else was good.
