  Item received in used condition as described. The included map was separated from the book and included with the item. It just wasn't described in the auction that way. Shipping took three weekdays after auction end to item being received by USPS. No smoke, pet, or musty smells. Corners, edges, and spine are good. No markings or torn pages.
