‘8TEN’ is our recent venture and marked our entry into the ‘Outdoor Power Equipment’ industry when it comes to selling OEM replacement aftermarket parts. OPE parts seemed like a logical category when we decided to reach more customers via our existing online platforms. We started with spindles and chainsaw chains and now have more offerings in the category including blades, lawn mower belts, chainsaw guide bars, pulleys and several other parts. We have just started but there is more that’s coming in this space. Our vision is to make OPE aftermarket parts shopping easier for our customers by offering support and clear instructions when it comes to making the correct choice based on their machine’s fitment.

    Chain and sprocket are excellent quality and this customer service couldn’t be any better. My order arrived missing 1 of the 3 items purchased as package deal. Motorcycle chain and 2 sprockets. I contacted Sarah from customer service and she told me to complete a couple things so they could verify who was at fault for this. By sending the pictures she requested a proving I had not been part of the cause. They agreed to forward me the missing part from my order due to arrive 5/27/2025. Ty Sarah

    I believe I ordered the correct part, but was sent the wrong one. Customer Service was responsive within 24 hours, and refunded the item without issue. That's almost as good as getting the right part. Thanks to 8Ten Parts customer service!

    This blade set was shipped very quickly, and arrived by the estimated delivery date. The blades were received very securely packaged, in new-in-the-box condition, and are of the correct size and type as pictured and described in the listing.     Perfect fit, high quality hardware and rugged construction, perfect OEM replacement part. Great price, packaged securely, shipped very quickly. Pulley was too large for my model mower, the seller returned my message in a day and graciously refunded a portion of my purchase price. I could not be happier.
