  received 3 curtain panels instead of the 4 I ordered. I need 4 and paid for 4. Seller ignores me instead of resolving the issue. I request a return of course I have to wait for seller to respond. It's sad that sellers like this give ebay a bad rep. Most sellers on here provide very good customer service.
