The puzzle box was smashed pretty bad so I can't say for sure if all the pieces were there or not. I had mentioned to the seller how I bag my puzzle pieces in a Ziploc when I am done and also bag the border pieces separately. There was a bag there but it was not secure with the pieces. Very Disappointed. I ordered 4 puzzles from this seller and 2 of them I was not satisfied with. The other 2 puzzles were good. I did get refund on 1. Seller was ok
