My 3-year-old lost his favorite little puppy and this seller had the exact one and did such a great job rushing it over so my little boy wouldn't be so sad for so long.   Shipping from seller in Arkansas to Ga. was with USPS, it arrived with a big dent in carboard box. I have no doubt dent was from USPS. FORTUNATELY the seller had multi bubblewrapped, cushioning paper etc and 2 plates arrived pristine! As described and better, value priceless. thank.you.
