Opening the box the packaging was poor just a little packing paper to separate the irons. The heads and grips weren't wrapped with any kind of protection and still had dirt all over the heads. Then I noticed 3 shafts were bent. Left an email asking to have a partial refund due to the bent shafts and got response 3 days later saying they can only refund the whole order. Good company but should adjust policy for such orders.

However, the box was torn open with clubs hanging out. No protection inside the box (maybe it fell out). As usual, the lot was a great value, but that is quickly diminished by an awful packing job. Hard to say as described when almost zero description is given.

Golf club is in better shape than the photos indicated. The price also was quite reasonable. Golf club was well packaged. Before purchasing, I had a question to the seller, and they responded very promptly. Shipping cost was FREE. Wonderful.

I saw it at a low price, put it on my watch list. That evening I received an offer where the seller took another $5 off. Jumped at it and purchase it. No more than 24 hours I received a shipping tracking number. Of course the packaging was just a USPS shipping bag, but who cares. It arrived as described and looked brand new.

Club is legit Titleist still in the plastic on the head and Titleist sticker on the shaft. Shipping was fast. Packaged safe and no issues. Will buy from again, you should too.
