  Although I did not receive the item, it was not the seller’s fault. The postal service failed. Seller made several attempts to get the item to me without success. Very good customer service and communication from this seller. I received a full refund after all efforts failed.

  Very fast shipper. Great communications. The case was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. It fit the FT 65 perfectly with the factory supplied original battery. Be advised that the case will NOT fit the radio if you purchase any larger higher amp battery. There is just no extra room for a larger battery. Recommend both the case and the seller. Perfect transaction. A+

  The dual gang air variable capacitor that I ordered was finally delivered after purchasing the item the previous month and arrived 30 days later. This was due to being held up by U.S. customs in Washington state. Had I known that the item was going to shipped from overseas, I would not have ordered from this vendor. The item arrived never the less intact and brand new as advertised. The vendor did keep me informed as to the package's tracking and arrival date. USPS however, DID NOT.

  Thank you for your understanding. Unfortunately, I am unable to predict when U.S. Customs might conduct a random inspection of the package. Normally, shipping from Thailand to the United States takes about 2 to 3 weeks. However, if the package is selected for customs inspection, the total delivery time could be around 3 to 5 weeks.
