  The printer arrived very quickly. It was all well packed and came with all the relevant items required to run it. After changing the normal printer ink to sublimation ink, i was finding it difficult to het the printer working but the buyer was so prompt with responding to me and super helpful with guiding me. My printer is working with the sublimation ink. Not to forget i received these sweets in my package which was super cute. Thank you . Defo will purchase from this buyer again. 💚

  Very impressed with the after-sales support! Item was fine when it reached me, but I managed to damage one of the cartridge shells while fitting it. When I wrote to ask about buying a replacement, they posted one out to me straight away – no further questions and no charge. It's really helpful when a seller takes this approach.
