Assuming there was a shipping box under the brown paper, I accidentally damaged the box cover when I cut into the brown paper with a box cutter. I guess I'm fortunate that more damage wasn't done to the game in the shipping process. Especially if you're going to charge a shipping fee, I expect the merchandise to be protected better.
