Get professional recorded sound with a pair of pressure gradient condenser MXL 603 Microphones. These instrument microphones deliver a clear and crisp sound while filtering out unwanted noise. They are ideal for acoustic guitars, drum overheads, string instruments, and piano recordings. The MXL 603 studio mics make recording a breeze and reproduce clear, accurate audio. The MXL 603 mics are a great addition to any musician’s recording arsenal. The MXL 603 Microphones have a quick transient response, which makes them impressively accurate. Their transformerless design allows for a deep low end and an open top. The MXL 603 mics feature a small, 6-micron gold-sputtered diaphragm capsule for detailed recording. The capsule measures 22 millimeters. The MXL 603s have a frequency response of 30 Hz to 20 kHz, allowing them to dip low as well as high. This is what makes them capable of recording both percussion and string instruments. The MXL 603 mics have an output impedance of 200 ohms and a sensitivity of 10m V/Pa. They are internally wired with Mogami cable. The MXL 603’s signal to noise ratio is 80 dB A-Weighted, and its equivalent noise level is 18 dB A-weighted. Each mic has a maximum SPL of 134 dB SPL 0.5 percent. Their operating current consumption is 3 mA. A cardioid polar pattern design filters out unwanted background and side noise.
