This remote was from my personal system.  The unit stopped working but the remotre is still good.  The battery compartment is clean.  The remote lettering is still good.  No rub off areas.  All buttons work well.  No buttons that stick.  There are some scratches and such from use.  It is a good piece to add to your system to ensure full funtionality of your receiver.  Buy with confidence.
