Excellent condition like new!!  Posture Pump Deluxe Full Spine Disc Hydrator Model 4100SX. Might be Model DX, don't know, they look the same. Single inflator bulb for the Neck, Dual inflator bulbs for the Lumbar.  Tested, holds pressure, works excellent. Only what is shown in the picture is included........there are many videos on You Tube that show how to use it, very simple!! Shipping is Flat $15.
