Comes with the standard stock antenna and a shortie antenna. The Manuel is included. This comes with the DC power cord to run off of the cigarette lighter. Although there is a rechargeable battery pack, it is not holding the charge (too old). This does operate when plugged into the cigarette lighter socket. The antenna is on tight, you need strong fingers or pliers to get it to twist. Very good overall condition.
