This is a 1999 Big Mouth Billy Bass,  made by Gemmy. Its pre-owned,  has been used. I tested it with new batteries,  it sings, but head doesn't turn to you when it sings, just wagging tail and moving mouth. Also, its missing the AC cord. Works great on batteries.  It also has the original brass plate and the order form to have it personalized.  Please refer to pics for better description.  Shipped USPS
