Sega Genesis Nomad handheld console w/ official SEGA MK-2103 power adapter Console has a modern LCD (composite video type 3520 board) installed and has had all the capacitors replaced. New screen lens installed. RGB output tested and working. See Pictures. There is a minor issue with this Nomad. Sometimes when booting up the console, it boots to a white screen. Turning it off and on again fixes this issue. This was a problem before the recap too and I was not able to find the root cause. It has been thoroughly tested and works fine except for the random non-boot. There is also a tiny bit of dust under the screen lens, I tried to capture this in the pictures. Hardly noticeable.
