When post cannot be delivered, Royal Mail hold undelivered mail for 18 days
 
A “sorry we missed you” card is usually left but not always.
Therefore if a delivery is taking longer than estimated we recommend to contact the local sorting office to rule out that they are not holding it if a delivery wasn’t possible
 
Addressee is responsible for contacting their local Royal Mail sorting office in person or by phone to collect or arrange a free redelivery.
 
If orders are received back due to non-collection or incorrect delivery address, processing fees will be deducted from the refund
 
If an incorrect address has been used, please contact addressee to forward post or arrange a collection
 
Royal Mail set restrictions for claiming for missing post: UK 30 days, International 60 days
We can only claim for a refund or replacement within these times

We ensure no product will be significantly different to listing image/description, suppliers may change packaging. Also, allow for variations in product colours due to stock differences, device displays and product photography
