Buyers are bound by our terms and conditions of sale once they commit to buy our items using the EBay services. We aim to provide a top class service and all of our orders are processed manually. We prefer to speak with our customers regarding items and orders as we can offer a much better service once we understand your needs. We are human and mistakes can sometimes be made. GOODS / ITEMS
We believe we describe our items in detail and accurately.
All items are covered by the manufacturers warranty as standard and some offer an extended period.
Please see our returns section policy for faulty / damaged items or goods.
 
PAYMENT
All items and goods ordered shall be paid for within eBay's specified period or a reasonable time period if notified prior to purchase. We will always use the unpaid item system to enable us to reclaim our expenses when items are not paid for within this time.
We offer payments by PayPal, Most Credit & Debit Cards, & Bank Transfer (please call us for details) other methods of payment i.e. Cheques and cash maybe taken but please call us before as we may decline.
 
POSTAGE /DELIVERY
Your ordered and paid for items will be dispatched using a courier or Royal Mail services and should arrive within 1 - 5 working days from date of your payment being received unless specified otherwise. Please be aware that your items maybe available at the local Post Office for collection if an attempt is made by a Royal Mail or Parcel Force service as calling cards are not always left. Contact us on 01473 839880 between 08.00hrs and 17.00hrs if you require a tracking number or wish to know the progress of your order but this should also be available on your purchased items page. The delivery service used maybe upgraded if we decide at our cost for certain items and areas. Somebody must be present to sign for you goods at the delivery address given. Delivery services are not guaranteed by us.
Items sent via most methods will have at least 2 delivery attempts before being held by the carrier. Items not called for or collected and returned will incur a charge for postage costs and any subsequent deliveries will be charged for.
 
DELIVERY TIMES:
Ebay shows an estimated delivery date on sales adverts using estimated times based on delivery method chosen which does not always reflect true or correctly, please contact us for an accurate date before purchase.
 
ADDITIONAL: Listings with either Free Postage or Postage included in Purchase Price may mean: We have included our cost of posting & Packing within the Sale price of the item or it may mean we cover the cost of postage within out profit of the item on sale. Usually higher value items of equipment, approx over £100.00 (one hundred pounds), Tools and larger orders of Workwear etc.. for sale will be items that we will cover the postage / delivery costs. Items of Workwear under this £100 (one hundred pounds) listed with free postage means we may build the cost into the item price. Your order was placed six weeks ago so we are concerned that you are now choosing to leave negative feedback when we have not had any contact with you regarding this. We were not aware of any issues with the delivery of your order however had you contacted us to advise you had not received the item then we would have of course been more than happy to help and provide a resolution for you. Unfortunately, you have not given us the opportunity to assist you by not contacting us to discuss.
