Payment & Postage Methods
 
Payment must be made through Paypal within 7 Working days of the auction ending. Brashopper will dispatch items using Royal Mail posting, once payment has cleared. No postal insurance is offered. Please note that we reserve the right to send any item via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery.
 
Please note: If payments are not received within 7 working days you will be reported to ebay
 
We dispatch items within 24/48 hours (except weekends), then usual postal service timescales apply. If items are purchased and payment has cleared before 8am Monday to Friday, we will make every effort to post your order on that day. Please note that we do not post on weekends.
 
Postage Discounts
 
Postage discount - Highest priced postage first then £1.00 postage for every other item ordered with that item.
 
We currently offer a combined postage discount for multiple items ordered together, however this only applies to customers who pay for items altogether not separately, please email us before paying and we will combine your order. (please note that we can not combine or discount once items have been paid for).

Return policy
 
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will offer you a refund, excluding postage and packaging. You must return the item within 14 working days of the purchase date (21 working days for overseas customers). Please return items to address on paypal packing slip / or ebay invoice. The item must be in it's original condition complete with tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
 
When opening the garment packaging (clear bag with item number and size sticker on front). Please take care not to rip the resealable bag (there is a resealable strip at one end). These items are packaged by the manufacturers and packaging cannot be replaced.
 
IF you are returning the item it is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise you to pay for extra insurance or recorded delivery. Please include your user id and the item number on all returns. Please allow 48 hours for your refund to be processed via your payment method (please view our office hours above).
 
Exchanges
 
Simply return your item for a refund (see above) and purchase the correct size from our ebay shop.

If you require this service please email me before paying for your item. I will then add the additional £1.00 onto your order total, for you to then pay with. Delivery should be within 5 working days, however we rely on Royal Mail and this cannot be guaranteed. This service offers electronic tracking. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Orders are dispatched by Royal Airmail First Class post and although delivery can be much sooner you should allow up to 15 working days.
 
Europe Recorded An additional £3.70 (on top of the standard postage cost) 5 to 15 working days
 
If you require this service please email me before paying for your item. I will then add the additional £3.70 onto your order total, for you to then pay with. Orders are dispatched by Royal Airmail International signed for delivery and although delivery can be much sooner, you should allow up to 15 working days. All items are tracked until they leave the UK and in some cases on arrival in the destination country. A signature is required upon delivery.
 
Europe Express An additional £4.50 (on top of the postage cost) 3 to 7 working days
 
If you require this service please email me before paying for your item. I will then add the additional £4.50 onto your order total, for you to then pay with. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure delivery. Airsure mail receives priority handling in the UK and abroad, however airsure is not a guaranteed courier service. Items are tracked until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item and in some cases items will be tracked upon arrival in the destination country. A signature will be required upon delivery.
 
This service is only available for the following destinations:
 
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

For Worldwide deliveries
 
All deliveries will be made according to the courier’s standard procedures.
