Please note that we are not responsible for delivery times unless you pay for a guaranteed next working day service such as Special Delivery or Business Post Courier service.
 
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will usually be posted out same working day wherever possible. Orders received outside these hours will be posted next working day, therefore an order received over the weekend, will be posted on Monday. There is no posting on UK Bank Holidays.
 
All prices include VAT where applicable.
 
Goods are sent by economy uinsured delivery unless you pay extra for a tracked service. There is no tracking for goods dispatched by standard First or Second Class post. If your order exceeds £20, we will automatically send it by tracked economy delivery.
 
The buyer has a duty to select a suitable delivery address where a signature can be obtained if necessary. Delivery times are between 7.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We are unable to specify a guaranteed delivery time between these hours.
 
The buyer will be responsible for contacting Royal Mail to arrange redelivery of any goods where delivery could not take place if the addressee was not in at time of delivery.
 
The buyer is responsible for selecting and paying for a delivery service that meets their requirements and the seller shall not be held responsible for delays incurred after the goods have been posted.

We are pleased to offer a no quibble refund policy. If the goods are found to be unsuitable for any reason, we promise to offer you a replacement or refund at your discretion if notified within 30 days of purchase
 
UK customers: If you require a return, please make a request through eBay and we will send you a pre-paid returns label. Goods need to be returned complete and in the same condition as they were sold to receive a full refund

A good fast delivery,Arrived on the day given, very well packed in cardboard tube and then a padded envelope and free postage is always good . They are not the best quality as some of the tilles have scratches and scuffs but as I'm going to be using for a crafts project that is not going to make a big impact ,if it was for decorative or ornamental work I might think differently about it .
