Complaints
 
1. The Seller, in accordance with the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) and other generally applicable provisions of law, is liable to the Customer who is a consumer according to Art. 22/1/KC for warranty for physical or legal defects of goods sold under the Sales Agreement to the extent consistent with the Civil Code.
 
2. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail by returning the goods together with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) or a copy thereof, by appropriate form of shipment, to the following address: VGG Sp. z o. o. ul: Ojcowska 33
80-146 Gdańsk
Poland.
 
3. Goods purchased in the Store may be complained about in accordance with the deadlines and complaint conditions specified in the relevant legal provisions.
 
4. The customer will receive information about how the complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date the store receives the shipment with the complained goods.
 
5. All information regarding the complaint will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the complaint.
 
6. In order to facilitate and accelerate the consideration of the complaint by the Seller, it is recommended that the Customer provide the following information:
 
- determining the type of defect/non-conformity,
 
- date of occurrence of the defect/non-conformity,
 
- requesting a way to bring the goods into compliance with the Sales Agreement,
 
- contact details of the complainant,
 
- attached proof of purchase or a copy thereof.
 
7.The complained goods should be packed in a way that prevents their destruction, deformation or loss of shape both during transport and through the packaging method.
 
8.The advertised goods should be clean.
 
9. Complaints are not subject to any mechanical damage (tearing, abrasion, cuts, etc.) or damage caused by careless or improper use, not in accordance with the intended use.
 
10.Complaints can only be made by the ordering party.
 
11. Individual settings of the Customer s computer and monitor causing incorrect or distorted display of information about the goods, in particular colors, cannot be the basis for a complaint.
 
12. The seller is liable for non-compliance of the consumer goods with the contract if it is found within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
 
13. Failure to check the parcel in the presence of the courier does not exclude the initiation of a complaint procedure.
