This seller is impossible to get a hold of. They were so slow in communication. It’s been a week since I cancelled my order and it’s still not resolved! Awful experience, I would not recommend this seller.

This company was extremely difficult to get a hold of. I requested a cancellation of my order within 10 minutes of ordering and it took one week of trying to get a hold of them to get it finally cancelled and refunded. They were not timely in replying and didn’t even resolve my issue completely. I was trying to cancel two orders which I kept saying in my correspondence and they only cancelled one. I’m still trying to get them to communicate with me. Awful experience!
