This Sale with via eBays Global Shipping Programme. As you are based in Germany we ship the item to eBay and they then send it to you. Unfortunately eBay lost the item on their end which was completely out of my control. This was the fault of eBay, however, we still refunded you when requested and responded to every message to help.
