My bikes are both 90s era pedal MTBs and the gears had seen better days. I have only abut 40 miles on one and 15 on the other so they are not yet past the break in period. I knew ahead of time that efficiency could be an issue with Nuvinci hubs and my limited longer rides have all been in strong winds so it felt harder than I hoped--especially on a long gravel ride. Love the infinite gearing.
