Terms & Conditions for the Customers use of this store and for the purchasing of products through this store. Please read these carefully. if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not purchase from this store.

ThePurpleToyBox reserves the right to correct any errors in our store, including descriptions and images, ThePurpleToyBox reserves the rights to refuse or cancel any store order based on incorrect description or image. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer remorse. Please pack the item(s) in an appropriate-sized cardboard box and use bubble wrap or another type of fill to adequately protect the item.

If the item(s) are damaged in transit or received by ThePurpleToyBox in a worse condition than it was dispatched to you, then your refund will be less than the value of the item(s) being returned. ThePurpleToyBox reserve the right to determine any part or full refund given due to the nature of the item received back to ThePurpleToyBox and the initial reason for the return.
