I quickly realised I ordered the wrong shaft so I messaged with what the problem was. Early Wednesday morning I got a reply saying “no worries, I’ll switch the order, get it ready, and get it out today.” That’s exactly what happened. The package box arrived seriously torn and shaft was not wrapped with padding/ bubble to reduce risk of damage in transit. Luckily the shaft wasn’t damaged. Would suggest that the seller protect shafts with wrapping before shipping them.
