This item is fully tested and in excellent working order. Item will come with a 30 Day Warranty. Cosmetically in fair condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs / scratches / blemishes from previous use. The left most switch on the top is stuck and does not move. Also, the switch marked F 0 1 2 is loose but is functional. There is light ink blot on the middle of display.There is a red cover added to top right switch. Includes Transmitter With Pulse Rechargeable Battery as pictured. No additional items or accessories are included. Unless pictured, no power adapter / power cable included.
