THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE THOSE ON WHICH OUR GOODS ARE OFFERED. BY MAKING A PURCHASE YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM.
 
DESCRIPTIONS: We endeavour to describe all our items accurately, however due to the diverse range of items we sell, we may occasionally not mention something important due to our lack of knowledge of that product type. If there is any uncertainty, it is for you to clarify it by asking a question, and we will not accept rejection of an item based on assumptions made by the buyer. Likewise, we do not dismantle items or make any kind of internal inspection, and all our descriptions are based solely on an external visual examination. No rejection will be accepted on the basis of faults subsequently found by dismantling of the item which would not be visible externally. Items described as working means they worked when we tested them in our warehouse.
 
PAYMENT: Strictly within 3 working days of the end of the auction, by one of the methods shown on the individual listing.
 
NON-PAYMENT: Any items not paid for within 4 days of the end of the auction will be re-sold without formal notification.
 
DELIVERY TIMES: We quote 4 working days on all our listings, but we will endeavour to ship quicker than this wherever possible.
 
U.K.POSTAL SHIPPING: Price quoted is for Second Class or Standard Parcel service, whichever is applicable. The price covers not only the actual postage charges, but packing, supplying packing materials, and transport to the Post Office. All our listings clearly show our shipping costs. If you think they are too high, please don t bid.
 
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: Where we are prepared to sell outside the UK, the individual item will show a link to the eBay Global Shipping Program. If its not shown, please contact us. We do not ship abroad other than through the GSP system.
 
UK PARCEL SHIPPING: Parcels will be shipped by the courier specified on the listing. If the listing states other courier we reserve the right to select the most competitive priced carrier for that item. The price quoted includes the actual shipping cost, the provision of packing materials, dismantling the item for shipping (where applicable) and draining and disposing of internal fluids (where applicable).
 
 
PERSONAL COLLECTION: Where stated in the individual listing, many larger items may be collected in person, and paid for in cash on collection. Collections are by appointment only, and can only be made between 6pm and 7.30pm on weekday evenings. We cannot be at the warehouse during office hours or at weekends. Please note we have no forklift truck, loading bay or ramps at our premises, so please come suitably equipped to load whatever you have purchased.
 
RESERVE PRICES AND OFFERS: We will not disclose reserve prices while the auction is live.
 
NON-COLLECTION: Any items not collected within 30 days of the end of the auction will be deemed abandoned, and will be disposed of. Any monies received will be retained to cover storage and admin costs, and no claim for a refund from the original buyer will be entertained.
