Pages 1-3 is missing from this book. I contacted seller and they insist that I should pay for return shipping of this book and they would refund me my purchase price and not the shipping to me or from me! all that I want is for them to check that they have a complete book with no missing pages and send it to me. That I thought was reasonable. since they don't want to help me I told them that I would notify eBay customer support. Please help me. Thanks, David Bogedin
