During your turn, you may add 1 loyalty to have target player draw two cards, then choose and discard two cards from your hand; or you may spend 2 loyalty to take control of target artifact; or you may spend 6 loyalty, then take control of any permanent you target for the rest of the game. Return all cards to their owners after the game ends.
