Listing Policy

We also accept UK Cheques, UK Postal Orders.

We are sorry that we cannot accept Western Union Cheques or any Money transfers (UK, EC or International) due to the high clearing costs imposed by UK banks.
 
Return Policy
If making a return the item must be presented in its original packaging, circle our return address, the item should be marked 'not required' re-sealed & placed into the postal system. No postage should be due.
For piece of mind TH Enterprises offers a full no quibble returns policy if upon receipt the item is not as expected or is not required, Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, see above for postal return details, upon receipt a full refund or credit will be available subject to email discussion, a re-stocking charge may be applied.
 
Shipping Policy
TH Enterprises cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage in transit. Proof of posting is available if required; any loss or damage in transit is the responsibility of the buyer to progress with the specified carrier. If required the posting certificate will be supplied after the standard waiting period (normally 15 days).
Other postage options are available on request. Our standard preferred rate is to despatch all items Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcelforce (UK) or Royal Mail Airmail (Europe & Intl). Please be aware when ordering certain books the shipping costs could exceed the item cost due to weight of printed matter. Printed Paper rate is available for books exceeding 2kg.
 
Refund Policy
Refunds on Media or PC related items are only given either in respect to the above (normal terms & conditions), refunds or credits are not normally offered if the buyer has selected the incorrect software for their PC operating system or selected the incorrect DVD format for their DVD Player.
Refunds may be amended to credits if any sealed item is returned unsealed or the condition of the item has been degraded or may have been installed, used, copied or viewed, in such cases credit only may be issued
