SHOP AND OFFICE OPENING HOURS
Our online shop is open 247, 365 Days of the year. Our office is open from Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm. We aim to reply to emails within 24 hours during office opening hours. Over Bank Holidays and on Liverpool FC home match days there may be a slight delay.
 
COMBINED P&P
If you have made a multiple purchase the eBay combined postage system should automatically recalculate your P&P costs as long as you pay for all your purchases in one transaction.
 
PAYMENTS
We accept most forms of payment. Payment or contact to us should be made within 5 days working days. If payment or contact has not been made within 5 working days, we will assume the item/product is no longer required and eBay will automatically begin the unpaid item process. Please note, once eBay open an ‘unpaid item’ case we won’t be able to cancel it.
 
SPECIAL DELIVERY
If your item is urgent or if you have purchased Next Day Special Delivery please email us, we will do our best to dispatch it the same day when possible. Cut off point for next day delivery is 12pm the day of purchase. Next day delivery is not guaranteed if your item is purchased on a Friday or Saturday.
 
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We use the ebay global shipping programme. Please note multiple items cannot be purchased at once through this method. Please contact us if you have any problems.
 
ITEM DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 day where payment reaches us before 2pm. During exceptionally busy periods your item may be dispatched the later.
We mark transactions as ‘dispatched’ AFTER your item has been passed to Royal Mail/Courier so you may not receive your ‘item dispatched’ email until later in the evening.
 
DELIVERY TIMES
1st and 2nd class services are NOT guaranteed services whether using Recorded Signed For or not. EBay’s estimated delivery times are exactly what they say, estimated. Royal Mail do not consider items delayed until 15 working days have passed for UK post and 25 working days for International post so please be patient with them. We will try to resolve any problems ASAP
 
DELAYS
Unfortunately, sometimes items/products do get delayed in the post. If you item has not arrived within the time that Royal Mail state in their delivery timetable please contact us with your full name and address and we will do our best to resolve the issue as fast as possible. We cannot dispatch replacement items until your address has been confirmed. With U.K delivery addresses when your item is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number.
 
RETURNS
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 working days of the date you received the item/product and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please contact us before returning an item to ensure a smoother transaction.
 
ABUSIVE COMMENTS
We are here to provide the best service and products possible but in doing so we will not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour from our customers. Abusive or aggressive behaviour includes impolite emails, name calling and ‘feedback blackmail’. Such behaviour by customers will be reported immediately to eBay.
