It was the seller. Didn't receive it when they insisted I did on 5/28.I contacted them immediately, and all I got was the same auto response regarding the fact, that their system shows that it was delivered successfully. I have been a loyal and honest buyer for decades. This was an outrageous way to handle the situation. When I actually received a copy on 6/4, I was polite enough to let them know. Then I got back that same auto response that I already got it on 5/28! Never buy from them.
