If its off center its because you don't know how to line it up. Which means you didn't read the easy simple instructions thousands of people from kids 16 to an older lady we sold one to followed and installed easily. The two weeks is not out of delivery because it can take 5 business days AS STATED to ship and then USPS takes their time. No center, but even that wasnt a problem its so sticky that when you take the back off it starts sticking to itsself and from there to the trash can , BUY ONE AND REGRET IT,I DO
