We were in constant touch with you and you received a refund for the undelivered parcel immediately. The first parcel was sent on time but was not delivered due to an incorrect delivery address. We contacted you about this and asked you to place a new order with the correct address. We have refunded the difference in the price of the goods to which you refer and you have received a partial refund. The second shipment was delivered without any problems.
