As a result, we will only refund 10% of the purchase price if you choose to open an unopened toy and then request to return it for a refund. This is to protect the integrity and originality of all vintage items that we sell. They are sold as collectable vintage items (see our full business returns policy for more on this matter). I offered a full refund if buyer sent pictures to show damage. Did not send any pictures to show any damage. Asked again, still no images to show damage! So no proof of any damage! Buyer also didn't open a return case. So draw your own conclusions!
