Seller pointed out that they'd used the original photo from Seasalt but I wasn't happy with the colour. I was asked to pay return postage but think the seller may have actually paid part of that anyway, I'm not sure. I received a partial refund. I concluded the seller had acted fairly towards me.

I contacted Quality Brands Outlet via EBay messaging to ask for a replacement (smaller size). They were very quick at responding and the returns process was very simple. A replacement was issued and again arrived very quickly. I had several messages with updates so I could see tracking on both the return and the posting of the replacement. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using again!!
