The reason why I gave them neutral is because the shipping was a nightmare . Took longer than 2 weeks to get here . I couldn't get a direct answer on when it was shipped and the tracking that they gave me was not trackable. When I reached out to them I kept getting automated responses but I get it they sell $1,000 to 10,000 books a day so I'm just a small fish in a very large pond
