I bought this top on a Tuesday. The listing said it would ship from Singapore. Perhaps it did but I received it 3 days after purchase. It was delivered by DHL. Outstanding. My only quibble is that the color in the photo doesn't look anything like the garment. Labeled as navy but really black with blue sequins. Nevertheless, I like it.
