I had a concern about the item NOT being as described in the listing and contacted the seller (listed as "new" condition and it was obviously not. The response (first and only) was VERY snarky and did not address the concern at all. Even if my concern was due to a misunderstanding, it could have been dealt with without discourtesy. The snarky response was totally unnecessary and a disservice to the entire ebay community since we all depend upon honest, courteous communication.
