or all returns you will require to arrange & pay for return of product to us. Only if the product returned is deemed faulty by Onlinehomestore2010 will be refund the cost of postage ( Maximum amount up to £6.99). RETURNS - Returns accepted only by prior agreement and postage at the cost of buyer unless goods are faulty. We cannot guaranteed on any of colours fading on items. Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging except for faulty goods. You must obtain proof of posting for any returns. If the item is returned due to not wanting it or wrong item ordered, than we will only refund you for the item only & not postage as this is absorbed in the handling costs of sending the item out.
 
P & P COSTS - Please note that p&p costs not only reflect the price of the stamp but all appropriate packaging and miscellaneous costs. Any item that has been purchased over the 7 days & has been used & has become damaged after use will have to pay for the return of the item carriage payment by them selves, Also if Electrical Items have one years guaranteed on the motor not the parts.

PAYMENTS & POSTAGE
 
We accept payment by Paypal If you are paying by Paypal and it is processed as an e-cheque please note that we cannot release your order until the payment has cleared (which can take 10 days).
 
This is a paypal issue and so you may need to contact them directly if they process your payment as an echeque. We cannot dispatch an item until payment is cleared.

Returns and Refund Policy
Our return policies apply to goods unused and as new, in their original packaging (external & internal) and with all instruction manuals.
 
Special order goods may not be returned unless found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSR2000) you have the right to return your goods, provided you do so at your own cost and within 7 working days from the day after you received and signed for the goods. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched you may have to pay round trip delivery costs. Goods must not be returned to us without our authorization, you must obtain a returns number. Unsuitable goods or goods ordered in error the return of the goods will be be paid by the buyer. Please make sure that the goods you order are suitable for your purpose. Any Wedding items or celebration Item eg Gift envelope,bag, wedding trays ribbon bows will not be taken back, so please be sure before ordering item.
 
The customer must arrange insurance with the carrier or Post Office when returning goods to cover possible damage or loss in transit for the full value of the item.
 
If we have to replace any lost manuals or packaging, the cost of this would also become payable by you the customer.
 
You will be refunded or credited within 30 days for goods returned under the above terms.
 
Delivery
Who makes the Deliveries?
 
We use a range of 3rd party carriers dependent upon the product to be supplied. Orders are normally dispatched the same day on a 3 - 5 working day delivery on in stock orders received before 12pm.. A valid signature is required on delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered on delivery of them to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage. Large, heavy and fragile items sometimes require extra time for delivery and we will advise you of likely delivery times wherever possible
 
Delays beyond our control - We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes)
 
 
 
A signature is required upon delivery for all goods.
CandSHomestore reserves the right to charge for failed deliveries.
Deliveries required at specific times during the day will be charged extra.

Exclusion of Liability
