Original sales Invoice must be enclosed with any returns.
 
All parts returned must be clean & free from fluids & property packaged to avoid damage. Items not meeting these requirements will forfeit a Surcharge Refund, or a €100 charge will be levied if no surcharge is due. We do not cover labour costs.
 
Parts correctly supplied and then agreed to be returned are subject to a Minimum 35% Handling Charge and only a Credit Note will be issued. No Delivery Charges will be refunded.
 
No refunds/credits given on electrical components, body panels or parts that have been tampered with.
Faulty parts will be replaced. If no replacement is available, only then will a refund be issued.
Warranties cover parts only and only apply if parts are fitted by a recognised independent specialist or approved dealer.
No parts accepted for refunds/exchange/credit after 14 days.
PLEASE NOTE ALL OUR PARTS ARE SECURITY MARKED.
