It has a couple of darker spots and isn't exactly square. It has a bunch of fluff coming off it, but I'm thinking that may be normal. I have never before purchased a jute rug from India...so shipping did take a while longer. But noticed the item was stuck in a US location for several days. Not the seller's issue.

The dimensions are exact; the color looks exactly as it did in the picture (I got the white/off white); and there are zero loose threads. I can’t wait to order more! I hope this review is helpful. Some other reviews about color had me worried but completely unfounded. You guy did such a beautiful amazing job thank you so much ����❤️��������im so grateful! Came early and perfectly packaged too!

Minor issues - I ordered on the 6th, estimated advertised delivery date 16th to 19th, FedEx delivery date 23rd by 6pm, but the rug actually just arrived today, 25th. The advertised picture of the rug was a mixture of blues and greens (first picture/screenshot), but the rug delivered has yellow in it too (2nd and 3rd photos), that I'm not sure I like. Now they dont even answer. This is pure fraud!!! Be careful, dont trust this seller!

I received my shipment in about a week, and since it came from India I would say that is fast. The packaging it arrived in was done extremely well, and for the money it was a great purchase.
