Frequently one or more of these features is broken. Could use a bit of cleaning. One truck has no coupler, as the caboose wouldn't have a car behind it, the other truck has a coupler, this truck has a bit of rust on bottom (see pics) appears to have a few small dots of white paint spatter on roof, will leave for you to remove safely.
