DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
 
All our items are delivered by courier (PARCELFORCE 24 Hour service or Royal Mail Delivery Services) by post to the delivery address provided at the time of checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we will endeavour to deliver the goods within the delivery frame time that applies UK (domestic mainland only) orders include free next working day delivery via a fully trackable service

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
 
If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and same condition as sent within 14 days. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging. Any accidental damage, liquid damage, damage with mishandling of item or due to pressure on screen damage does not cover under warranty.
 
Faulty products
 
If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, we may offer repair or an exchange for the same, or a similar product, depending on our current stock. If we don’t have stock available for an exchange, we order faulty part and it may take some time to do so.

Serial numbers of all parts and products will be verified against the returned item/s. If the serial number/s of the returned item/s are found not to correspond with the original serial number/s, no costs will be refunded.
Any form of investigation, intervention or repair undertaken on your purchase by any party other than Manufacturer will result in the invalidation of the applicable product warranty, and a return will not be accepted and no costs will be refunded.
